Allison G. Smith – Chief Operating Officer

Allison Smith has over a decade of experience in corporate accounting and human resources in the hospitality, recruitment, broadcasting, and technology industries. Ms. Smith earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in accounting, from the University of South Florida, and a Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She earned her CPA license in Florida and was a member of both the FICPA and AICPA. Ms. Smith formerly taught accounting at Lincoln Memorial University as an Adjunct Professor. She actively supports and raises funds for a variety of autism charities and has held several PTA chair positions over the years, advocating for students with special needs. In her spare time she likes to travel, read and spend time with her family.

Ashley Moore – Accounting Manager

Ashley Moore has extensive experience in financial operations, compliance, and reporting for highly regulated organizations. Ms. Moore earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in accounting, from California State University in Fresno. She has led accounting and operational functions for technology, corporate, and enterprise organizations, with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. With a background supporting executive leadership, her practical, detail-driven approach helps ensure the firm operates smoothly while maintaining internal controls.
